The range of KEE PIVOT GATE pallet gates provides a safe working area for employees on mezzanine floors or raised working areas. The gates are constructed using Kee Klamp® Key Clamp Fittings® Key Clamps or Kee Lite® fittings and tubes, and can be linked seamlessly into an existing guardrail or barrier to provide complete protection while goods are being transported up or down from the mezzanine.
The range includes four different models to suit varying types of operational requirements and is lightweight and counter-balanced for ease of operation.
The standard model pallet gate is balanced for a positive open and close action. A toe-board is included on the mezzanine edge side to
protect workers below.
The standard model pallet gate can take pallets up to 1.4m x 1.48m with a maximum height capacity of 1.6m.
The narrow frame pallet gate is ideal for mezzanines where space is limited. The design of this gate means that less floorspace is required to load and unload. Balances for a positive open and close action, the pallet gates includes a toe-board mounted on the mezzanine edge site for enhanced safety.
The narrow frame pallet gate can accommodate loads up to 1.4m x 1.48m with a maximum height capacity of 1.8m.
The tall pallet gate offers the tallest capacity of the Kee Pallet Gate range. The cantilever design of the
gate provides maximum height with a minimal ceiling height requirement. The tall pallet gate is balanced for a positive
open and close action.
The tall pallet gate accepts pallets up to 1.4m x 1.48m with a maximum height capacity of 2.2m.
The extra wide pallet gate provides the widest load capacity of the Kee Pivot Pallet Gate range. The gate design allows
maximum load width, whilst also offering 2m head clearance for workers. The extra wide model is made from
Aluminium and balanced for a positive open and close action. A toe-board is mounted on all sides to protect the gate from pallet contact.
The extra wide pallet gate can take pallets up to 1.4m x 1.95m with a maximum height capacity of 1.6m.
The pallet gate range has been cycle tested for 50,000 openings to ensure their durability and salt spray tested for corrosion resistance to 672 hours. This allows ensure continuous operation, even in corrosive environments.
